Does my data leave my company?
No. KAI Vault is built in your own accounts and permissions travel with the data.
What is an MCP server?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI models query data and tools in a controlled way. KAI Vault exposes your unified information over MCP, so agents and copilots use it with the same permissions as your team, without copying it elsewhere.
What about systems without an API?
We build the connection: reading the database, scheduled exports, or document extraction, depending on the case.
How are paper documents read?
We digitize them and run them through a document-to-text process, with human review where the document calls for it. The result lands in the same record as the rest of the information.
Which AI models do you use?
We choose the model per task among our partners (Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, and AWS), without locking you into any of them.
