The short version: we measure how the site is used in aggregate, and your personal data only reaches us if you write to us.
What we collect
If you contact us through the form or book a call, we receive the details you choose to share: name, email, company, and your message. Scheduling is handled by Calendly under their own privacy policy.
Site analytics
We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, what gets clicked, how people navigate (including session replay, with anything you type in fields hidden), and whether the form is sent or a call is booked. These tools store cookies in your browser to recognize repeat visits. We don't use them for advertising or to follow you across other sites, and we don't sell this data. You can block or delete them from your browser. Server logs may briefly retain standard request data (IP address, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.
Processors
Contact form submissions are stored in our CMS and emailed to the team through Resend. Scheduling runs on Calendly. Site analytics runs on Google Analytics and PostHog. The site is hosted on Railway. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone else.
Retention
We keep inquiries only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the relationship. Ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us through the form and we will handle it promptly.
